Passport Seva Kendra

It is located close to Ameerpet metro station and I went there to renew my passport. Their service is efficient and everywhere there is proper guidance. There is a snacks shop along with xerox center inside. First you have to show your documents and get a token number. Next you go to the waiting hall and wait for your token number to be displayed on the screen. Next you go to that counter and submit your documents and fingerprints. Next you go verification section where all your documents are verified. Finally you go to the last counter where your old passport is punched and given back. The whole process is over and you can exit.

We went there for my baby's passport, everything is going smoothly. Took 35-40 mins for passport application for minor. There's a big issue with parking and the road is one way. Too pathetic to get parking.

The service inside is good but lack of parking place and sitting is significant drawback. I would suggest better use Metro instead of personal vechile.

Easy access to everyone as metro stop is very near by and it is walkable from there. No parking space mainly for cars. Very difficult to get parking space. For bike we need to park on the footpath. Only applicant allowed to go inside. For seniors and kids parent allowed. It is inside Aditya trade centre, near Satya theator. Easy to find the address. We have printers inside so, you no need to worry for prints. Outside we have tea shops and little snacks. Even near by, you will get most of them for eating. I prefer don't bring cars. I had the worst experience ever at the passport office. My procedure at counters A4 and C2 was very smooth, and the staff there were polite and helpful -- especially the lady at C2, who was very sweet and supportive. However, my experience at counter B1 was terrible. The officer kept unnecessarily bugging me, made me repeat the whole procedure, and even terminated my process abruptly. He did not have the patience to wait even a couple of minutes for me to show or source my documents, which caused a huge delay and frustration. Because of this, what should have been a simple process took me over 4 hours to complete. The unprofessional behavior at counter B1 spoiled the entire experience, despite the cooperation I received at other counters.

I don't know, why there are lot of negative reviews here. After seeing the reviews I felt scared but the process was very smooth and easy. Came here for renewal of my passport. The staff here are very courteous and helpful @ same time. Took almost 2 hours to complete verification . Air conditioning and waiting area was very tidy and big. There was also a paid stall for coffee and snacks . And make sure you upload or carry original documents. In my case I uploaded to digilocker and fetched data into passport online page of my account. Which made process not to carry my Graduation documents. Remember to carry pvc Aadhar card as they don't accept normal Aadhar cards and you need to go to mee seva which is outside the psk Kendra and download it - get a Color print out. Relax , smile and process will be easy
