Tasheer Saudi Arabia visa center

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tasheer Visa Center. The staff seemed untrained and lacked proper knowledge of required documents, repeatedly asking for unnecessary papers and sending applicants out to print, causing delays. Once you are late, they pressure you to pay extra for lounge fees or ask you to return after several days. This unprofessional behavior is giving a bad image to VFS service standards and negatively affecting the overall customer experience. Management should address these issues immediately to ensure a fair and transparent process for all applicants.

I had to collect my parents' passport. I read the FAQs on their website and it said I need to carry an authorization letter and the receipt. I printed an authorization letter on a plain paper, got it signed by parents and reached Tasheer office. The guy at the counter refused to accept it because they had a format for the authorization letter and they would only accept that. I seriously feel their website is less than helpful. Nowhere in the FAQs did it mention about the authorisation letter from one needed to carry. Had it mentioned the format it would have saved me a visit. Their website doesn't even have a phone number for inquiries. Awful experience!

They overcharge, often make excuses to get colour copies and resend the applicant once return time up pay extra 3K else book a new appointment. Form shows 11k they charged 19k Hectic day and terrible staff. Keep your all documents in order and clear set of copies colour and Black & white.

They demanded extra money and provided very poor service. Your actions are harming the reputation of Saudi Arabia.
