For your information, they misguide you saying premium service offers two way courier service and say without the premium service we have to come in person for submission and pickup by the receptionist but this is not the case. They mostly target first time applicants and applicants applied from cities far away from VFS centre. Upon asking in detail you will get to know, but at first they try to misguide. If you dont ask about the difference they don't mention that normal process also has two way courier service. Premium service is only for lounge, insurance if passport is lost(not sure) while courier, and if there is long queue recommend to take this else there are 1000s of videos in youtube(prompt - VFS global premium vs normal) to explain about the process so that you can get to conclusion whether to purchase this or not well before reaching the VFS centre. The courier pickup and drop usually happens without premium service and takes usually the same time within very less than half the premium we pay for premium service.

Vfs global are setting standards. Ample parking space. The staff is well mannered. Now thag vfs global is also taking documents to get attestation. It's easy and authenticated. But the only things which I personally faced is that they took one day time to confirm if they can accept my document to get attestation or not, whereas you can get it attested in an agent without questions. Many counters are available. So the work will be done quickly.

First of all service provided by the vfs office personnel was excellent, they are trained and well mannered, helped in processing with clarity. Now coming to where they do badly, lift was broken and no car parking available at appointment time, was told to park on other side of the road or elsewhere like they don't care during heavy rains. They even charge to keep the bag. Bottom line is they are already charging heavily for the services in thousands for each and every additional service, why don't they take care of the facilities.

This is located in Panjagutta Metro station lower concourse. This is not about the VFS service. This is about the free Canada SIM card they provide (telus Canada). Do not fall for the trap. Telus is pathetic , I travelled for 2 months - on my last day I called and cancelled. They sent bill for additional 3 months after that and claiming that cancellation was not processed correctly at the time I called. Once you are back you have no way to contact them, only thru the chat box which is horrible. Please dump the free sim and take a sim from a good carrier once you reach Canada.

A very neat and efficient place. Exactly how you'd expect. Premium lounge definitely makes your life easier but not a necessity.

Just be there 20 minutes prior your scheduled appointment. Carry your original passport, Photo copies of Biometrics Instruction letter, photocopy of VFS consent form filled, VFS appointment email confirmation photocopy. You will be done with a security screening check and given a token number. Once your turn arises head to the biometrics submission. They will share you a receipt of confirmation related to the same and you would be asked to leave as your process is completed. Overall a good experience and there is nothing to panic about, a very well behaved staff and ambiance. I chose a normal service and avoided taking premium services. They tried to force me into paying 4,300 for a "premium service," claiming it was needed for faster courier services and direct appointments. This is false information! Another person shared that they were misinformed and made to pay 4,300, only to find out the courier fee is actually just 780, which can be paid regardless of whether you opt for premium or not. Don't fall for this trap! The premium service isn't necessary, and the courier fee is much lower than they claim. Stay alert and avoid getting scammed!
