I had a very pleasant experience at the VFS office near MGBS Metro Station. The staff were extremely polite, patient, and professional. They guided me properly at every step and explained the process clearly. Even with a good number of applicants, everything was well-organized and smooth. I truly appreciate the staff's supportive attitude and efficient work. Highly recommended for their excellent service.

This is an honest review. After reading the comments, I felt anxious and apprehensive. 1) Please arrive on time for your appointment. They will verify your information and allow entry 15 minutes beforehand. 2) Please bring both your current and expired passports. 3) It is advisable to bring copies of all relevant documents. If you forget any, do not worry; there is a nearby studio, although it may be more expensive. 4) For courier, they are charging 600 per passport, and for sms 180. 5) For refreshments, there are two options: Sathvikha bakery and Nandini cafeteria. Nandini cafeteria offers items at the marked price, while the bakery charges more for some items like for 1 litre water bottle they charge 30 rupees.

This place is full of corrupt staff who openly demand bribes. They deliberately reject appointments using fake, petty, and ridiculous excuses, such as claiming the city name spelling is wrong just because of an extra letter "A." After rejecting the appointment, they pressure applicants to either book another appointment or pay 3,500 rupees per passport so they can "process it immediately." Even if you initially agree to one payment, they later demand 3,500 rupees for each passport. On top of this illegal demand, they add 18% GST, shamelessly disguising bribery as a so-called "service." This is nothing but organized extortion and daylight robbery, exploiting people's hard-earned money. I strongly warn and advice everyone, do not fall into this trap, do not pay a single rupee as a bribe, and remain extremely cautious. This behavior must be exposed and reported wherever possible.

I recently visited this VFS center and was assisted by Ms. Mounika Vatti. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my biometric process, ensuring everything went smoothly and comfortably. Her attentive approach and polite communication truly stood out. I genuinely appreciate her support and believe she deserves special recognition for the excellent service she provides.

No Xerox available inside. Outside xerox charges 3-4 times more than market price. This kind of unfair trade practices shouldn't be encouraged. Someone should file a PIL on this. Also appointment gets canceled within 15 minutes. If anyone gets late same day at later times also they should be allowed.

staff is very rude and even though i have reached in time but they delayed the process while verifying others documents in que and when my turn came they were forcing me to pay extra for lounge services. and the same thing they were doing with many other applicants. poor service vfs management should change the staff immediately.

Disgraceful Experience at VFS MGBS - Mismanaged, Overpriced, and Questionable Conduct My visit to VFS MGBS was extremely disappointing. The service was not only painfully slow but also highly disorganized. Even with a confirmed appointment, we were made to wait for hours without any explanation. What's worse - they push you toward their overpriced lounge services, implying it'll speed things up. But even after paying extra, the wait continues, and the service remains just as poor. Despite carrying all required documents, the staff kept asking for additional papers not listed anywhere, creating unnecessary confusion. Their behavior raises serious concerns - they act as if they're fishing for bribes or unofficial "facilitation." It's uncomfortable and unprofessional. This place is the definition of mismanagement. Be extremely cautious if you have no choice but to visit - and do not expect transparency or fairness.
