I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis job search services. I enrolled in their 1-year job search package, but I did not receive even a single interview call during this period. The support from their team was extremely poor. Most of the time, agents did not respond to my emails, and my calls were left unanswered. There was no proper communication, no updates, and no transparency about the job applications being submitted on my behalf. I invested my time and money with expectations of professional service, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful. I would not recommend this service to others based on my experience.

I applied for a UK visit visa through Y-Axis and had a very poor experience. They charged 18,000 just for documentation and processing, while the actual visa fee was 21,000 -- charging almost the same amount only for paperwork is unreasonable. More importantly, they were extremely unprofessional. Despite clearly informing the agent, they entered my sister's date of birth instead of mine, and they did not properly verify or review my documents at all. There was no proper guidance, no document checks, and no accountability. I applied twice through Y-Axis and was rejected both times. Later, I applied through another agency and realised how careless and unprofessional Y-Axis actually is, especially regarding documentation and process knowledge. I strongly advise not to waste your money with Y-Axis at any branch.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I signed up for Y-Axis's "Resume Marketing to Germany" service, and it has been a complete waste of time and money. For over 10 weeks, all I received were generic updates and excuses--no real job leads, no targeted applications, and no evidence of any genuine effort to market my profile in Germany. Their so-called "marketing" is just random applications on public job sites, something anyone can do for free. Whenever I raised my concerns, I got the same scripted responses and no real solutions. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no personalized support. It's clear from other negative reviews that I'm not alone--many people have faced the same issues: empty promises, lack of results, and no responsibility once they have your payment. If you are considering Y-Axis for resume marketing or job search services, think twice before trusting them with your career and money. Their service is not worth it, and you will only end up frustrated and disappointed. Avoid Y-Axis for resume marketing to Germany. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Firstly, I would like to give zero rating but that ain't possible. Tried for the UAE region and the agent gave false promises, don't want to mention name. Such big scamsters. They keep on coming behind us until we pay money to them and then boom they disappear, they don't pick calls, they don't respond, they apply to jobs irrelevant to our domain or resume and they delete content from our mails without our access. I've personally seen this happening and have felt this company is such a bogus one scamming thousands of people for fake job opportunities. Don't fall for their sugar coatings, it's all a trap.

The Y-Axis job portal shows fake or inaccessible listings, and the support team is unresponsive. It's almost impossible to reach them, and even when I did, they provided misleading and inconsistent information. They said one thing during onboarding but delivered something entirely different. When I escalated my concerns and issues, there was no real care or resolution. They simply changed the service representative and continued applying in the same way without addressing the core problem. No one truly helped me in finding the right opportunity or supporting my career goals. I genuinely feel that Y-Axis failed to understand the value of one person's dream. For them, it might just be one client or one application, but for me, it was my career and life dream. I expected empathy, commitment, and effort from their side -- but I didn't even see 50% of the promised effort, let alone the 200% dedication needed to help someone achieve their dream of employment. When their approach wasn't working, they should have changed their strategy -- including the search process, targeted locations, focus companies, and follow-up methods -- but that never happened. For a service that claims to assist with sponsorship and overseas job placements, I expected quality applications, relevant job matching, and consistent follow-ups with employers. Unfortunately, none of that was delivered. Overall, this has been a complete waste of time, effort, and money. Choosing Y-Axis (Jubilee Hills branch, Madhapur operations) for job search services has been the biggest mistake of my professional life.

Not recommended for job search services. First they promise everything. After you have made the payment, the services will begin but there wont be any upkeep of the promises made before payment. Too pricy as well. For Germany, one would require German language to know for sure. I did not even get an imterview call, let alone offer. Also, there is no money back guarantee which is why they ask for complete payment before they begin their services.

My Visa got rejected within two days with the applicant that they have made. Not a good service for a Canada visitor, even though they had no that we charge rejection rate is high due to the India Canadian conflicts.
