I recently visited the new Passport Seva Kendra located on the 1st floor of Fortune Mall in Karimnagar, and I was truly impressed by the overall experience. (PSK-Karimnagar) Overall Experience is well-run facility with excellent service standards. Highly recommended for anyone needing passport services in Karimnagar. Clean and Well-Maintained Facility, From the moment you enter, you can tell that the space is managed with care and professionalism. Efficient Service Flow Upon entry, staff promptly verify your appointment and generate a token for you. The process is smooth and systematic, minimizing wait times and confusion. Three-Zone Document Verification System The workflow is divided into three clearly marked zones: Zone A - Processing Zone: Initial document intake and basic checks and live photo Capture. Zone B - Verification Zone: Detailed scrutiny of your documents. Zone C - Granting Zone: Final approval and processing. Each zone is well-staffed, and they are very helpful. Staff and Security is very supportive and helping entire process. The entire process felt streamlined and user-friendly.

Many people have reported negative experiences at the Karimnagar Passport Office, particularly regarding staff behavior and service quality . Common complaints include rude staff, lack of proper information, and the need to reschedule appointments due to inefficient processes . Some visitors have described the staff as not knowing basic procedures, which can add to the frustration for those traveling from other cities for their passport needs The newly upgraded Karimnagar Passport Office claims to have a larger waiting hall as part of its modern facility, offering improved amenities for applicants . However, many visitors still complain about the lack of a proper waiting area or mention dissatisfaction with facilities like seating and shelter, especially during long waiting periods .

No Xero shops or stationery shops are available nearby. Carry all the required docs and original aadhar card color print out with verified green tick mark on the aadhar print.

Came for passport renewal to Karimnagar, as didn't get slot for Tatkal in Hyderabad, basically I realised little late as six months minimum needed for international travel, my observations 1. Correct address proof Aadhar original with self attested xerox it should be very good and clear. 2. PAN Card original with self attested xerox very neat photo copy 3. Old Passport original with self attested last and first pages as well as valid pages copies 4. 30 mins before your time they will call, lucky you 5. After verification, you will be sent to Counter A with some token number, check you might have received sms too the token number. 6. Digital Signature on some capture pad, left four fingers, right four fingers, stand up and both thumbs. Officer will upload all documents and submit go to Counter B 7. You will realize by this time, so many rejections happening here, be careful if you have correct address on Aadhaar, no rejection happen 8. On counter B, spell check and second pair of proofreading with document recertification happens there. Now will go to Counter C, Passport officer. 9. She will check one more time all good and write on top of your document, Vefrified and sent back to exit and selfie counter It's time to go to good lunch restaurant by seeing Instagram food in Karimnagar. Bye bye

Very very worst experience... staff will not be on time, waiting time was too long ( at least 2 hours ) just waiting for the staff... security ( front door ) team response very very worst..

Asually passport verification is very strict they can reject you with a minor mistake 1. If you are using Voter as address proof, You must carry PVC card which is came through post, Colour Xerox with lamination is not accepted 2.If you are using Bank Passbook as address proof, You must go with 1 month Statement/transactions which is to be printed in your passbook before your appointment date Eg: Your appointment on 10 Oct 2025 Your passbook is get printed with 9 Sep 2025 or before to 9 Oct 2025 transactions 3. Use 10th memo as Date of birth proof, if you completed your SSC It is easy at ECR Otherwise use Pancard as DOB For Every Citizen must remember: "All details must be matched with address proof and DOB Proof"

They dont know the rules of photograph or dont want to know.They ask to remove the hijab completely. Which is not mandatory. As per the rules face should be visible from head to chin that is sufficient we can cover the hair

Very disappointing experience at Passport Seva Laghu Kendra, Karimnagar. The office is poorly managed and does not maintain proper timing. Even though applicants are given specific time slots, the staff takes an unreasonable amount of time for each person, causing long delays and frustration. There are no basic facilities provided for visitors -- not even drinking water in this hot weather. It's unacceptable for a government service center. What's worse is that the staff lacks basic knowledge about the required documents for different types of passport applications. Many applicants, especially first-timers, face confusion and are sent back multiple times due to inconsistent or unclear instructions. I expected better service and professionalism from a government passport office. This needs serious improvement.
