Kothaguda Post Office

The post office offers all the essential government services you'd expect, which is great. However, the location is quite difficult to find, so plan ahead if you're visiting for the first time. My experience with the staff was mixed--while some were genuinely helpful, others seemed indifferent. Another inconvenience is that they don't accept UPI payments, so make sure to carry cash. Overall, it's functional but could improve in terms of accessibility and service consistency.

I sent a parcel by Indian post on 15th December 2025, in tracking its showing delivered on 18th December 2025. But the recipient has not received. I tried to raise a complaint in Indian post app, but upon entering the tracking ID, it says ID not found. Customer care is not responding. Kindly help me what should I do.Regarding my parcel, I request that it be delivered to the provided address as soon as possible. Thank you

I went here early morning to collect my passport. This place brought back many memories of speed post of college applications, railway tickets, adhar updates and sending out Rakhi (before blink it / zepto existed). Hats off to this network of material movement across the nation

The kothaguda Post office is located in 1st floor. The stair case is a bit inconvenient for senior citizens. Service is good and fast if there is no network issue on that day. The roads are narrow as it is a residential area and parking has to be done somewhere on the road

17-11-2025 Subject : Feedback on postal Services at Kothaguda post office 1) This Facility is located at Raghavendra Colony(Opp. RTA office) 2) Clean & Neat. 3) They Update all Aadhar requirement here. 4) The person at Speed Post counter is polite and his services are Excellent. 5) They accept UPI/scanner payment also. 6) Jio network is a little bit weak inside the facility.

After so many years into the digital age of communication, I stepped into this post office for sending a letter by speed post. Lots of memories of writing and receiving letters through the postal service gushed in. The same old style of functioning. Huge load of parcels and letters and faithful postmen sort it patiently and deliver them. Hats off to this untiring men. Considering the workload, the department should increase the personnel, train them and improve infra. The place is so congested and not conducive for efficient work.

I have visited the office due to the parcel that is being returned due to the address which was stated on it is my old one. Couple of agents inside the office helped me opting the current status of the parcel. But I am unsure why the the front desk lady is very arrogant in answering or guiding a person who is eager to know the whereabouts of his parcel.

Today, I was expecting a delivery via India Post. I waited for it, but upon checking the status, it shows "Return Confirmed." Is my parcel being returned? If so, I'd like to know why it was not delivered to my address and why I wasn't informed about this? I even didn't receive a single text message.why? After reading several reviews, I understand that the delivery person assigned to this area may not be fulfilling their duties properly. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. Regarding my parcel, I request that it be delivered to my provided address. If that's not possible, I'm willing to collect it from the post office. Please update me on the next steps. Thank you.
