had a great experience. The staff were very productive and performed their duties exceptionally well. They were quick and clear about the documents needed, and I noticed they were very patient when answering other people's questions. The whole process was smooth overall. I definitely recommend them

I visited the Passport seva Kendra today and reported on time for my appointment. However, there were a few challenges: 1. Document Requirements: During verification, I was asked to provide a digitally signed Aadhaar card and an enlarged copy of my PAN card for better visibility. Unfortunately, the website did not specify these requirements. If the website clearly mentioned all necessary documents, specifications, and formats, it would prevent last-minute rushing. 2. Acknowledgment Receipt: Although the website indicated that showing appointment details via SMS would suffice, I was asked to provide a printed acknowledgment receipt. This inconsistency caused unnecessary inconvenience. 3. Appointment vs. Processing Time: Despite my slot being scheduled for 11:45 AM, the process was only completed by 3:50 PM--a wait of nearly 4 hours. This undermines the purpose of an appointment system. With only two systems available and an estimated 15 minutes per application, the center can process around 8-10 applications per hour. The website should allocate slots accordingly to avoid long waiting times. 4. Staff Performance: There was no fault on the part of the staff--they worked diligently within the constraints of the system. Suggestions for Improvement: Update the website with clear instructions on required documents and their formats. Ensure consistency in instructions between the website and the center. Implement a more effective slot allocation system to minimize waiting times. While the staff performed well, these systemic improvements would make the process smoother for applicants.

Too slow process.for giving token,person is asking different types of documents. Dnt know y is it like that..most importantly asking full adar mandatorily.This s not yet all acceptable as the same full adar people had to print in the opp shop where they are charging Rs 120 instead of Rs 30.Better bring all originals along with xerox copies from home

Everything went smooth. They hardly took 10min for each person.

Worst experience, office opens at 9:30 am but the officer( who is responsible for documents verification comes at 11:00 am

Iam surprised that District Head passport office is not having power backup. Not even for processing systems. Worst experience

Well, went to apply passport for my 4 months daughter with all proper documents Birth certificate from Corporation, and address proof as my Passport and .. My marriage certificate. Still the passport officer saying that not enough documents and he escalated to Regional passport office. And they proceeded my application without any problem. The guys sitting in Nalgonda passport Seva kendra are not trained enough. And the guy who processing the slots and verification, he is not paying attention to the applicants. He was watching Live news channel on his mobile while serving to the applicants. I don't know what else I can provide more documents for 4 months old baby. Strange experience with a government office.
