You need to apply online and choose a slot. Attend 15-30mins prior to the appointment time slot. You can show the digital copy of appointment/application letter and No need to carry the appointment letter xerox. Once you reach the psk, security guard verifies the timeslot and allow you inside the office. After entering the office need to goto token section and they ask for documents like aadhar,10th class memo or pancard, marriage certificate of required.Carry a Xerox copy of above certificates, of you didn't carry any xeror they provide xerorx service inside the office itself with 2 per copy. After getting a token number you need to sit infront of screen and watch for your token number. Once your token number appears on screen visit respective counter like A1,A2 and B1,B2 and C1,C3.

The staff does know what is visa. One of lady staff. She does know what is Australia. She doesn't now what is visa No reason she put on hold my daughter passport file . She said just come tomorrow for nothing. She must need study about international visa and documentation I requested to manger please kindly Explain to her what is visa. What are residence proof of international. Very bad experience and lack of knowledge visa .

I was there at Passport Seva Kendra Nizamabad, on 9th of may 2025 had a wonderful experience. Right from the moment I entered, the process was smooth and well-managed. Though I initially had a missing document for minor , the front desk staff was extremely helpful and guided me clearly on what was needed. Thanks to their support, I was able to submit the right documents and proceed without any issues. Here are three things that stood out to me: Supportive Front Desk Staff: Very polite and knowledgeable -- they guided me step-by-step when I faced documentation issues. Efficient Officers: The staff inside handled my application quickly and professionally, making the entire process seamless. Respectful Security Team: The security personnel were disciplined and courteous, maintaining order while being approachable. All this process took 17 days for me including police verification, I received my passport in hand on 17th day very quickly. I'm truly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the entire team.

Worst services, Very crowded places, worst experience and worst security guard they have no manners to talk to people.and the people are sitting out side in the heat they have no facilities to sit who are approaching for passport registration. Worst office till the date i visit. And again dont take slot from nizamabad pasport seva kendra worst services.

I visited passport seva kendra @Nizambad on 23/07/2025. I applied passport through online required data filled carefully and paid 1500rs through online after payment i got to choose available date for appointment I clicked 23/07 . On this day they took live photo (Like adhar) and all fingerprints. After this they verified 10th class Certificate and Original Adhar card. That'll. I came back. If your First time like me apply online Passport directly and Fill required data properly check Spelling mistake afterwards you can't change.and pay 1500rs online you will date for appointment that's it. What you have carry is 1) Original Adhar card+ Xerox copy. 2) Original 10th Class Certificate+ Xerox copy * without appointment will not allow. Only selected date what you get for Appointment that day allow you. Good luck..

Recently visited this place. Good service. New applicants will get their passport in 7-10days without tatkaal. Tatkaal people will get much earlier. Good experience overall, but the Verifying persons inside who take your picture & fingure print will force you to buy passport case worth 400rs... Which is absolutely not mandatory. Also taking pictures is prohibited inside the office.

Recently I visited for my child passport The service of this server Kender is following.. 1) Pre-processing Zone (front office) executives behaviour is very rude and also they're always in hurry 2)No Ac or Fan in the front office hall (Ac is available but not working) 3) xerox Q is very long and that Xerox machine operator is very slow.. 4) section A(citizen service executive zone)is average ok.. 5) Section B (Verification Officer zone)is good. Especially that old lady I forgot Her name but she explained to me clearly 6) Section C ( Granting Officer zone) this section also good but strict .. 7)The worst thing is there is no parking facility and you have to walk a ramp of almost 200 mt ... Over all Govt & Tata have to improve the basic facilities for the citizens

Didn't like. The passport office staff is very careless. And irresponsible. That man Kiran who checked my documents always says "yendhoo yemoooo", "nakem theluvadhu" to whatever I asked. Very careless idiot. And in the front office desk, Ravi or Ravinder speaks as if he is drunk. I had Very bad experience.
