The staff is polite but rigidly adheres to regulations, refusing to process any file without the required photocopies of documents, even if they seem unnecessary. Security is thorough, with dedicated personnel monitoring everything separately--such as distinct entries at the back gate and dedicated queues for different services. Even if you arrive alone, you must still undergo a vehicle inspection for processes like name transfers, adding to the inconvenience. Fortunately, if an agent assists you, it can bypass the long waits in the queue, providing a slight reprieve. However, punctuality is lacking; appointments often start 30 minutes late, and the lunch break extends well beyond 2 PM to 3 PM or more, which is quite ironic and frustrating. Parking facilities are not available for the public, so it's advisable to leave your vehicle at home before visiting to avoid additional hassle.

Beware of scams: a person dressed in a police uniform may approach you claiming to be security and ask for cash to proceed.!!

It's an old home converted as a unit office. No proper cleanliness. Even though the govt collects more taxes from vehicle registration, licence issuing and other no proper maintenance. Only 2 counters available one is not working sometimes. The staff is not at all good.

I wish their would a be a "Zero" rating to give rating to this office no proper response, no one cares about no-one, no maintenance nothing is going well here.

I had applied for 4 wheeler LRR and already having 2 wheeler license.so I went to attend the exam in peddapally.Unnecessarily they are demanding affidavit and Gazetted officers signed attesting documents. I got the attestation copies by paying Rs150 which is unnecessarily. It's very bad experience

It is driving licence office to give the all vechiles.the new numbers of vechiles and renewls done in this office. Every thing will complete in this office by all type motors
