Poor behavior from staff, including Security Guards and junior staff. Avoid taking appointments here; instead, contact their district office. Also, they're insisting on taking normal appointments instead of tatkaal, suggesting we can change/adjust.

UPDATE to Help Others: I, along with my family (wife + 2 kids) visited PSK Bareilly on 26-Sep-2025 for renewal of wife & son's passport, daughter's fresh passport. Must requirement is, self-attested copy of marriage certificate or a declaration form with couple photo pasted on it, self-attested copy of husband passport's bio-data page to support the inclusion of your name in her passport. Wife's name must be there on Husband's passport else you may need and official marriage certificate. For kids, declaration in D-from is must. For below 5 yrs of age, photo is needed, and for kids above 5 yrs no photo was needed. Be prepared beforehand otherwise there are a lot of vendors outside to loot you like anything. It's Very Fast Service and Staff Behaviour Is Excellent

Vendors are making Loot from visitors charging more than MRP , In front of building on the other side of road a man selling a ball pen of 10 rupees while it's MRP is only Rs. 5..

Poor services . There are no waiting shed or not enough space for stand and sitting, if there will come raining than There you don't hide , also there are no toilet utilities. Yes in indoor of PSK .

I had applied for a passport reissue under Tatkal to update my address and add my husband's name. I paid 4000 for the Tatkal appointment and went to the Passport Seva Kendra on my scheduled date.All my documents were checked carefully and everything was found correct. But still, they refused to process my application under Tatkal and asked me to reapply under normal service and take a fresh appointment.. without giving any valid reason or written explanation.This is very frustrating because if the Passport Seva website clearly allows these changes under Tatkal, then why reject it at the PSK level? I chose Tatkal because I urgently need my passport. If I had enough time, I would have applied under normal service.Now, the next available normal appointment is after almost a month, which completely defeats the purpose of Tatkal. It feels like they are just wasting people's time and making them run around unnecessarily.
