Extremely disappointed with the service. The staff is incredibly slow, and the queues never seem to move. A total waste of time

Post office Biswan. Building of this place is still available it's amazing. Not a perfect state but it's workable. For many times I came here for some work I experienced a better things. Employee working here are good and helpful. Indian post is very much affordable for everyone since long time. That's why I gave it 5 . Thank-you .

entire staff including incharge of the branch are well behaved. The only problem in my area i.e. Pakka Katra, Qazi Tola, Miyanganj, is that no responsibility has taken by post man to reach the consignment to right person. Few months ago, Mr. Verma was the postman in my area. He has selected some points like Paan dhaba, medical store or shop. He used to dump all "daak/post" to the respective shop even registered/speed post and make duplicate receiving sign. If shopkeeper called to the person, the post had reached to its destination if not, they went to the dustbin. I missed many document which don't have contact no. due to his irresponsibility. on complaining to post office, he visited my home once only and again started the same practice. Thanks God, he transferred to other town.

The services of this post office is excellent. All the staff is very friendly and good behavior. Now all banking services also being provided here by indiapost. Banking services are the bestever. The ATM of india post payments bank also situated here.
