Not a well maintained place, but still people go there for registries or any sort of government document creation for UP. There is a vacant space for car parking nearby but seems the residents have taken that space and it appears full every time. If you are coming by car, reach early to get a parking spot. The entry is little congested but as you go further in the street the road widens. There is no restaurant or food outlet nearby, you have to go to the main road for food. Toilets are a problem here but there is a sulabh toilet nearby which is well maintained but it's chargeable. Generally the wait time is 1.5-2 hours but it can increase if the server gets stuck or is down. All the best.

Yesterday, I visited the Dadri Tehsil office, where registration documentation, other paperwork, and payment of the registration charge are processed. There are no facilities for women's toilets or washrooms. People are waiting for their number, but there are no toilet facilities. Being a woman SDM, she should at least visit once to see those arrangements. The government is collecting a massive amount through registration charges, but there are no facilities in the office.

It's not accessible. The approach is a single lane one. The building and surroundings are ghostly and dilapidated! The restrooms are dirty. There is an open drainage where people wait for photographs to be taken! Who cares! The surrounding is unkempt. And there are too many monkeys. Be ware. It's simply dangerous!

We visited for Lease Deed Transfer. Used services of a good lawyer, hence all documentation and official work was smooth and quick. Car parking availablity is totally insufficient for office with such volume of work. Either reach early (before 10) or else come with with a driver. Covid precautions are your responsibility.

Very Old torn condition building. Very dirty and shabby place. Water cooler is their but no cleanliness. Very dirty toilets having bad smell. People from Noida n Greater Noida purchasing high value property nearly 1 cr + have to visit such dirty place. These people depositing crores of revenue to authority. How people can wait for 2-3 hours in such a place.

Avoid car, parking is too small. Office is good 1. Flat registration 2. Marriage registration.

A regular government office. Where it's important to have a broker with you so that all your registry work can be done. If you come here for registry of your flat 1: come early because parking space is limited 2: water , chai and small snacks available but if you have to stay for long. Bring some food 3 there is a photocopy shop in vicinity no need not worry about that
