I had applied for a Tatkal passport, but it was delayed due to some reasons. On Saturday, I contacted the RPO office and they understood my situation completely. The team was extremely helpful, and special thanks to Anuj Sir and the entire staff for their kindness and support. They expedited the entire process and completed everything on Saturday, even though it was a non-working day. They helped me in every possible way, which allowed me to proceed with my travel plans on Sunday.

It gives me a great pleasure to write about my experience recently with the Regional Passport Office, Ghaziabad. I met the staff and then the Regional Passport Officer in connection with the change of date of birth in the passport of my grandson which was wrongly mentioned.The staff and the RPO himself heard my case patiently and guided me for further action.Accordingly my grandson applied for correction in the passport. Upon receiving the file from PSK the Regional Passport Office reviewed the same and issued the passport with correct date of birth. My grateful thanks to the Regional Passport Officer and his staff.

first token 30min then u get in another line which took 30min which gave me token to enter the office then 1hour wait to see the first person then again 2 to 3 hour wait to see another person. and uske baad b issue resolve hoga ya nhi..no idea now its lunch break till 230pm still in queue once u enter the rpo office there is no water facility available..washroom are bad. no sitting arrangement. keep standing like animals..itna tax do and ye sab facilities milti hai...that too for passport

I have applied online for my father's passport, who is a senior citizen. After police verification, it has been 3 months .The status of the passport is showing pending at regional passport office. No status update is there about anything in the online login id. The passport is stuck on "pending" status for 3 months now, but I got no communication from them. No one responds at RPO on the phone. also i had raised a grievance on the national portal, but no response from there. when i enquired personally at RPO, they told me there is some issue about some document. and now they asked my father to visit the RPO. so my father now has to come from about 200 kms.to get the things done. pathetic experience and worst cutomer dealing at RPO, Gaziabad.

They made me to travel 150 Kms with my old mother just to update aadhar card, (which could have been done from home). This simple update took them 5 hours - while mostly I stood in queue. This long duration is because they're unnecessary calling everyone here, and gathering huge crowd for insignificant tasks. If I had applied fresh with this minor fix in aadhar card, it would've costed me 80% cheaper and much convenient as compared to visiting this centre for this insignificant change. Ministry should immediately fire all managerial staff - and put some of them behind bars.

Worst experience ever just for a normal renewal of passport. I really don't understand, despite such bad reviews, y is nothing being done for such useless staff and office
