Very disappointing experience at Gonda Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). Today I had an appointment at Gonda PSK, and my application was rejected only on the grounds of PVC Aadhaar card, which is completely unjustified. I had: Original Aadhaar card Verified Aadhaar copy Other original and valid documents Aadhaar already verified Despite having all required and genuine documents, the officials refused to accept them without giving any clear written reason or proper explanation. More concerning was the behavior of the officials, which was: Rude and unprofessional Non-cooperative No willingness to guide or clarify A government office is meant to serve citizens, not harass them or reject applications arbitrarily. If PVC Aadhaar is mandatory, it should be clearly mentioned on the appointment page, not used as an excuse after citizens travel and wait for hours. I request the Passport Authorities and Ministry of External Affairs to: Look into this matter seriously Take action against such behavior Issue clear guidelines so applicants are not harassed This kind of attitude seriously damages public trust in government services.

The psk gonda should have to open at 10 am but they are opening it after 11 and the candidates are waiting since hours they don't have any punctuality towards their job neither the value other valuable time. Worst service. Worst punctuality Worst etiquettes Overall ZERO in stars.
