Kushinagar post office 274403 service worst . Post man of kushinagar # Mr. Yogendra and all staff are too much lazy and irresponsible person. They are government employees that, why they are irresponsible. Flipkart and Amazon, Zomato are delivered parcel on time batter than you. Very bad experience. It's the worst. My passport sent by the passport office through (speed post) on 10/04/24 and reached me on 20/04/24of with normal working days in between ,not because of the shipping delay but because the postman was too lazy to deliver the parcel and kept it in the post office itself for a few days ! These people are so lazy that you can never expect delivery within 2/3 days. I mean,what's wrong with you guys? you know about passport is very important document but you didn't take seriously .When will you guys be little serious about things? Or are you trying to make sure that nobody wastes money on India Post.

Very Bed service, my parcel reached 4 day before but till now not dispatched my home. I am trying to contact postman not pick up call also not reply. I am doing call customer care but also not pick up call.
