Post Office, Najibabad

One of the worst post office and their employees, don't have manners how to talk with the customers. They are not at all ready to help or to do any work, just sitting on the chair, don't even have the proper knowledge about the schemes. An old lady 62 years old, she was weeping to get 300 rupees only, she had passbook in her hand and these people are like, we don't have cash in the department, come tomorrow. Whenever anyone goes for any work, they have only one word to reply that "come tomorrow". They even don't know all the meanings of status of the tracking id. My courier was in the post office only and they said that we didn't rcv any courier by your name. When i fought with them then only they searched where is my courier then they gave me my article. The same thing, we had NSC, now I'm going every week to get update, but they are not ready to give me my money, it is over 3 months. Sometimes they say go to tehsil get the form and sign, sometimes they say we don't have authority, sometimes they say that we have issued your money, it'll come after some days. But now it is more then 3 months. I think they are waiting to eat my money or may be they want it for their home rashan. May god bless them with the justice and the consequences.

This is the head post office of the town. It has all mail Services including Registered post, Speed Post, Money transfer and also some standard banking facilities like Saving account, NSC, Postal Order etc. Area is relatively small and not improved since many years. Although service is satisfactory.

This is head post office of najibabad city. Completely changed better environment comparing to past. All mail facelities and computerised system available. India post payment bank & saving account can be open here by small investment. Other saving schemes also available. It means good service provider. Helping nature staff. Nice experience with this place.

This post office is located in Nazibabad City. It serves a large part of Najibabad tehsil as well as parts of Haridwar District, like Gaindikhata, Lal Dhang and other villages. Good building and services. Staff is also well mannered. All aadhar related services are also available here.
