I visit there because I wanted to change my Adhaar card phone number. The place looks ok and is located in a quiet place. But the biggest problem is that many people visited there for adhaar card related matters. There are 3 staff members only, and only one guy to deal with Adhaar card matters. That single person has to deal with 30-40 persons every day and each person can consume from 15-30 minutes. This creates low supply and high demand problems in the post office. The government should add at least two more personnel there to help in Adhaar card-related matters as it's not possible to do all that for a single one guy. Many people have to wait for hours and still can't get their Adhaar card matter solved. Further, they have asked everyone to come at 8 am and wrote their names for appointments, which it just a nonsense way to deal with the problem. How a man and woman from a nearby village came to the post office at 8 am early and will wait for up to 4 hours to get your appointment number. Everyone has a life. DM of Saharanpur must deploy more people at the post office.
