The center has no power backup. You can get stuck for hours fanning youself in summer if power doesn't come back and their systems won't turn on till power is back. Severely underfunded and under maintained facility for a city like Noida.

It's a small place but the process of re-issue of passport took just 10 mins. There are hardly any people here. Very convenient. Also the guy at the counter was very polite and did the process very efficiently.

Got an online appointment for Sunday but the office was closed. Why would you give an appointment if the office is not open on weekends!!! The guard told us that this happens here often. Many people come on Sat and Sund only to go back. Simply ridiculous!!
