This place has no facility to sit or rest for eged people or senior citizens.This post office is situated in a building which is very old and not even properly ventilated.Customers find it hard to transact their business in this hot and humid summer season.Hope govt.will payment attention to improve customers basic facilities.

The Shikohabad post office has left much to be desired in terms of service and efficiency. My recent experience with this facility was nothing short of frustrating. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of urgency. The queues were long, and there was a noticeable absence of organization. The physical condition of the post office was appalling. The premises appeared unkempt, with peeling paint and a general lack of maintenance. The waiting area was cramped, uncomfortable, and lacked proper ventilation, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. The staff's attitude towards customers was disappointing. They exhibited a lack of courtesy and failed to provide clear and helpful information. It felt as though they were indifferent to the customers' concerns, creating an atmosphere of apathy that added to the overall dissatisfaction. Moreover, the processing time for simple tasks was unreasonably long. It seemed like a significant lack of workflow optimization or perhaps inadequate training for the staff. This resulted in prolonged waiting times, causing inconvenience to the patrons. In conclusion, my visit to the Shikohabad post office was characterized by inefficiency, poor infrastructure, and unsatisfactory customer service. It is evident that there is a dire need for improvement in various aspects to enhance the overall experience for those relying on postal services in this area.

This post office service is very slow and poor and staff have not good respect and behaviour to customer. Staff every time spitting tobbaco in working time. I have applied for E-NET CERVICING but till today not received.

Bad approach & Atmosphere / Environment , Insufficient Space , No Parking Place , Poor Services. Overall Very Bad Experience.

The speed post is only until 2:00 pm.
