Worst experiance, my consignment is showing delivered on 21.02.206 in status tracking but I didn't get my parcel. It's very important documents. How can be people are so careless about at their services. It can cause a serious issue to me.

Worst experience with indiapost, I booked a rakhi courier on July 21 and the occasion was on 9 aug, first they failed to deliver the rakhi on time and the marked it as delivered, even though it was not received by the person it was meant to be delivered. When i filed a complaint online on aug 2, after 20 days i am getting a phone call from Indiapost hdw to just know the gist of issue, after that, 2 days later my relatives received the rakhi which was already in opened condition and in that courier 2 bracelet we put for our relatives were missing, when they asked about it from the delivery person he said they just by chance found our courier from their garbage bin and thought why not just deliver it now on 22 aug. First they did fraud by marking my courier delivered when it was not, second they failed to met their standards, third they stole from the courier. Worst experience, we should just use other couriers service provider atleast they don't do these type of things. Now the days have come to this, they started doing these type of things to a rakhi courier.

unhelpful and rude staff. They will try to evade their duties if you try to place a request for extra effort. never opt for these government based services as most of the govt. offices are full of unworthy employees (like SBI). I wanted my parcel to be delivered to my family members and I was stuck out of town due to COVID situation and they refused to deliver the parcel. bloody shame. they will never see you as a valued customer. infact, aise baat krenge jaise parcel deliver karke ehsaan kar rahe ho.

Situated in a busy road and also serving as a landmark. It would be around 1.5 kms away from the Ganga Ghat. Inside it is like all other post offices but very neat and clean. The counters and windows are there with signage and people listen to your queries and requirements. It is definitely doing a great job in sending and delivering dreams and hopes all across the nation and worldwide.

Untrained and unprofessional staff, they feel to you the time of British India. Indian post continue loss billions of rupees every year due to such Backward, uneducated staff,
