Unexpected !!. Never Expected A Govt. Office will be so good. Yes only One employee is there ( A didi) though she is a master of work asking to check if the details are correct , even asking if the photo is good or not you can get good photos again, it take about 15 minutes to complete your work , reach timely early in the morning you can go before your turn if you reach their early, she is so kind and we'll behaved, you can't stay without giving her a " Thank you". But on the professional ground if you documents mismatched or no self attested copy she can't help you then you have to go out to a shop to collect your zerox. Docs needed Adhaar, pan, voter, class 10 certificate (not marksheet) photocopies of self attested Note if you have the online e-adhaar copy make sure it has a green right

Within 10 days I get my passport and the lady officer's behaviour is very good . This is a good popsk

Very bad experience in the passport kendra. One untrained man sitting for this. Running 3 hours behind the schedule. I brought my daughter here for an early morning appointment but he never cared and said will have to wait. Looks like he was taking his sweet time and opening RDs and not passport. Better please go to Burdwan PSK kendra as that is the dedicated PSK and not a post office. Horrible experience asking for pan card ration card admit card for a small baby less than 1 year which is irrational. Eventhoug we both had passport so baby passport document requirements is almost zero. Looks like his training was incomplete.

Horrible experience... I told them that I am a student . And he changed it to retired private service. Maybe it's glitch as I remember it was student on the time of submission. And I also have screenshot and video proofs. Although that person was good in behaviour. But how can he do that change ??
