ISI SUB POST OFFICE

It is understaffed for the load of work; the person in charge of Speed Post is not efficient and is not familiar with what to do. There is no helpdesk where an employee can advise about what to do. After standing in queue for more than an hour, when we finally reached the counter, the person in charge said that your parcel has to be given more wrapping with cellotape, otherwise we will not take it. After doing what he said, he reluctantly accepted the parcel, spent 15 minutes pondering why a previous parcel could not be sent, and then took so much time, that in spite of generating OTP, and all papers, it was timed out. The post master should know which person should sit in which counter. And if such inefficient employees have to be given work, he should have an able assistant. It is because of employees like this that we are forced to turn to private courier service. There is no way that the customer can pay by card or UPI payment. They are obliged to pay in cash and wait endlessly for the small change! This is unthinkable in this era!

Comparatively more robust services than any other branches in the locality... Staffs are good and does their work sincerely... This branch has a decent courier service as well... They also take payments for your monthly electric or landline bills... Infrastructure is comparatively advanced and also features CBS...

Worst place to work with. Rude and uncultured staffs coupled with high degree of inefficiency have made the place a worst one. Govt of India postal department needs to intervene into it.

This is a big branch with all types of facilities available here. Student, Teacher and workers of ISI are using this. The position of this post office is in a prime location of B T Road with a junction of four roads. So many local and moving people are using this facilities. This is now wheelchair accessible.

I have lost my valuable parcel which was supposed to sent to a place where it never reached and on tracking it is showing that it is returned but i have not yet got any parcel. And the last location of that was on this post office but they are not picking up the calls now i have lost my parcel which worth almost 15000. Now they are not even picking up the calls

There is an speed post on behalf of my home address in the same address I received my all valuable product even my Aadhaar card but yesterday I track my speed post status it shows addressee not found and now I'm trying to contact them they can't pick up phone very bad experience

Nice location and service but when there is informed in google it is open today 18th October 2018 both baranagar post office and isi po so are closed. I needed to receive very urgent passport came by speed post. Really tensed
