Popular Post Office in the Katwa. It is Head Post Office of this area. Service is very nice.

Head post office and passport seva kendra Staff behaviour is very good. Specially the officers in passport seva kendra is very helpful..it is 1.5 km from rail station and bus stand..

Today I went to katwa head post office to update my adahar details and link my phone no..the person who is taking picture he told me to remove my head covering ,I asked them twice dat y should I remove my head covering when my full face ears r visible...then both the men sitting there told me it is the guidelines u hv to remove the dupatta from ur head ,I was very much upset about this matter and remove my dupatta from the head without arguing with them because many people were standing there for their turn ..But inside I was thinking dat is this true that govt make these type of guidelines...i came home and open the govt website uidai and read all the guidelines..and then I found it is not written dat u hv remove ur head covering ...it is clearly mention if a women do pardah she hv to reveal her full face not written to uncover her head...after reading that I was very upset...I request the head of the post office to kindly recheck this matter why the two men misguide me ...why they don't know the guidelines ..and if they don't know why they are forcing me to do something which I am not comfortable with...it is a matter of hurting a religious sentiments ... Just because of it is an official work we hv to listen to them it does not mean that they misguide us and make to do something in which we r not comfortable...VERY DISAPPOINTING

it's the head post office of entire Katwa Subdivision.Good fast services. All modern postal services are available here such as speed posts,ATM services etc. There is a ATM just infront of the main building.

It's important by sence of its activities. Aadhar upgradation, passport documents verification and all other types of postal job are done done here. Staff service is also good.

The post office is subdivisional post office . So the post office is very important of post office . There available post banking , send letter and etc . I like the place . I visited the place. And old time very important place.

This is a nice place with all the modern amenities.The office is well decorated.Most of the staff are effiicient.The India Post ATM is adjacent to it.I have to visit this place regularly to pay off my PLI premium.

Some GDS worker Are Not Verify proper Adrees With Name... This is the very fault.... So I face the Very problem This Work time... Dear Branch Manager are Please This Situation Problem Solve as soon as possible.
