What shocked me most is the level of unprofessionalism--managers even ask patients to hand over their phones so they can submit feedback on their behalf. Just for the sake of incentives, they manipulate feedback in such a cringe-worthy way.
But in a diagnostic center, true feedback is everything. Honest reviews from patients help improve services, build trust, and maintain transparency in healthcare. When feedback is faked, the real issues are hidden, patients lose their voice, and the organization loses credibility. Respect, care, and genuine feedback are the backbone of any healthcare service--but sadly, Suraksha ignores all of this.

We ask for liver Fibroscan test ,they confirm us the test . But they do another test ,where just one parameter of fibroscn can found. Other report was missing. When we ask for proper repot , they told us they dont do fibroscan and suggest to do it from outside. They charge rs 4400 for this wrong test . We cotact head office and branch for many times but they just do nothing. They just do scam with us.

Very bad management. Less staff. No proper attention is given to the patients. Had to wait longgggg to start a single test. You can't make atleast a pregnant woman wait for 3-4 hours to do a single test. Either staff is not available, or the doctor does not arrive or use single room for all scans. Can we expect an improvement? It's not a railway platform where trains are delayed for several hours.

Horrible experience.... Lazy and irresponsible receptionist.. I booked my appointment 1 hr before going there and they confirmed the booking for 9am...i reached there with difficulty as I had fractured my foot but when I reached they said I had no booking first of all and then they asked me to wait till 1 pm as no ortho was available.... Imagine the pain I had to go through... I could barely walk and it was so disappointing... They were not even taking the accountability of their actions...i booked an appointment elsewhere later but this is not expected from healthcare institutions

One of the worst one in New town. The employees of this centre don't know anything about the process. They behave like a god. I did a complaint to the operation manager on 18th April regarding this issue and today when again visited, nothing is changed.
Don't know if the tests are also done in this way ....God save us.

Made us wait for more than 2hours for opd Dr consultation. No information given by staff for this long waiting. The appointment schedule was 7:30 pm and there was no sign of doctor till 9:30.

Excellent service and great customer service. I got my mothers PCR test done for international travel. She got the result on time and she was in the airport getting are boarding pass when the agent told her that report did not have her passport number so they cannot ally her to travel. I called there customer service number they were so quick in response they updated the report with her passport number and send the report within 10min in email. This really saved our day. Thank you.

I conducted my covid-19 test on 22/10/2020 and they promised to give the report within 48hrs. But its more than 72hrs and no email with my test result. Everytime when i called the customer care (most of the time they don't response and its keep ringing) they are saying its in processing and than they hang up. If you want to complain they will tell you to write an email to the higher authority but no respnse from them too. No response in whatsapp also. When will i get my report ? worst service, Fake promises. Will never recommend this diagnostic anymore. Fraud company.
