Airport Sub Post Office

Such uncouth behaviour from the staff working here. I've been coming here for courier & sending mails from the last couple of years. However, their treatment towards the general public & customer service is really pathetic. They never have any change/shellings. You need to carry all the various denominations of money in all possible formats & count to each penny & offer them on a silver platter. Since they won't even have a penny or two of change in return. Working for the state government under India post, they feel like as it we're mere trash/garbage whereas they surmise working as underdogs for public service to be honest. Anyway, suggesting you all to avoid this post office else, lodge a complaint against the booking in charge. Thanks.

Very rude staffs, you have to have the exact amount to pay with you, otherwise they won't give you single penny in return. They have QR code but you cannot pay minor amount like 60 or 70 through it. They don't have even written that you can only pay 3 digit figure with their QR.

As usual, typical government office. Incredibly lazy and always looking for ways to delay work.Also add some details information about aadhaar

Please can any body give me the proper/correct contact number of ..."kolkata airport post office" ?? One of my speed post parcel received at Kolkata airport post office on 3/01/2017 till today(09/01/2017) they didn't dispatch the consignment Really its service it worst

Anyone can give me proper contact number of this nsh airport post office number... When i track the status of my parcel, from dt 14 sept 2017 they already despatched from kolkata but it has not still reached to me... Im worried

Worst lot. All the nos listed in Kolkata for postal service seems non functional and even if called, none will attend. certainly a worse lot.

Worst experience ever had. They service is soo unacceptable. They delayed my post first of all for 4-5 days and lastly when I received it my article was missing.
