My experience at the passport appointment today was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The staff in Token Counter & Section A displayed a highly arrogant and dismissive attitude throughout the process. Their tone of communication was rude, impatient and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of assisting applicants in a professional manner, they behaved as though they were doing us a favour. The attitude of the guys in the initial counters (Token & Section A) is like that of some random STREET-LOAFER. And the females manage the work as if they are handling their Household Kitchen work. What kind of a NONSENSE is this? This is a paid public service. Applicants deserve respect, clarity, and professionalism -- not condescension. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic service etiquette and workplace decorum among the staff in the initial sections (Token counter, Section A & B). For a facility managed by TCS, one would expect properly trained personnel with adequate communication skills and customer-handling standards. Unfortunately, the conduct observed suggested poor training, weak supervision and a serious gap in professionalism. Data processing roles like the one done at Passport office require bare minimum skills which too is lacking in the staff hired here. They lack the basic discipline, accountability and respectful public interaction that is required of them. Public-facing staff must understand that behaviour and communication are as important as procedural efficiency. Such experiences damage trust in public service systems. I strongly urge the authorities and the managing company to review staff behaviour, implement proper customer service training and enforce accountability standards. The infrastructure is GOOD but Service Delivery & ATTITUDE of staff is Unprofessional and Incompetent. This level of service is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. SHAME ON YOU TCS!

I experienced a well-organised and efficient procedure during my passport appointment. I attended the appointment independently and found that I could navigate the entire process without any difficulties. The environment was impressively clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable experience. I was pleased to note that the office is wheelchair accessible, making it accommodating for individuals with mobility challenges. The air conditioning provided a pleasant atmosphere, especially given the warm weather outside. Although there were some challenges with parking, it was manageable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the process and the facilities provided.

I visited the passport office today in an emergency situation. I had two original documents and one on my phone, and because I was stressed and panicked, I asked the staff member a few times if it was possible to proceed with sny other authorizeddocuments. Instead of understanding my situation and assisting me with patience, she ( A WOMAN SITTING AT THE "TATKAAL" COUNTER) rudely said, "How many times do I need to say that to you?" I understand I repeated my question, but her response was unprofessional and dismissive. . In a government service office where people often come under pressure, staff should show more empathy and respect while guiding applicants..The irony is that the mannerless woman (staff, unfortunately) works in passport "seva" kendra and instead of providing seva, all she did was verbal harrasment. It was on 3rd October at 3:00 o' clock. She was sitting at the "tatkaal" counter at that time. I strongly request that the authorities take appropriate action against the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff member, as such conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the institution. I hope corrective measures will be implemented to ensure that no applicant faces such treatment in the future.

The passport office just behind Ruby Hospital on EM Bypass. Entry to the building is through the back side of the hospital. Processing of application is very fast.

They are running a corruption scam. They will not give passport to few chosen ones no matter what documents you provide them with. They will try to close your case without giving u a passport. Also they use army woman for security and they throw people out if u complain or ask about the system. They called me 4 times to get one passport and started screaming at me for no reason 3 times in front of the entire crowd. And in the end they said my mother doesn't have a last name cause they can't read English and my marksheet is from mumbai and in English and marathi is used. They threw me out after I started asking questions. It's the biggest scam to threaten people.. I have never been treated so badly by any government body in my life.

I am giving five stars because it went very smoothly. First, the A section went smoothly. Second, there was a huge crowd in the B section. It took an hour and thirty minutes. Third, the C section took about 45 minutes. Then, within 8 days, the police verification was completed and the passport was in my hands.

B section staff very rude behaviour.And they don't guide me properly and they took me back for two days without checking all the documents and they check only one document and return it. Then the next day they return it again because other documents are not correct. They don't even tell me what to do to get all the documents correct at once. When I ask, they don't say anything and behave badly.

I think all is good. Don't allow LAPTOP in here. So be careful. And take all documents self attested copy.
