Excellent printing service. The print quality is very clear and sharp, and the color finishing is outstanding. Delivery was on time, and their customer service was very professional and helpful. The paper quality and overall finishing exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use their service again. Highly recommended!

The shopkeepers behavior is really nice. The print quality is awesome they also do different customized gift which is great. And most importantly they delivery on before or on time.

I visited Fine Digital Studio for large prints after they committed over the phone to same-day delivery. Based on that assurance, I gave them the assignment. After submitting the work, I was informed that delivery would take 2 days instead of same day. Though inconvenient, I still agreed and paid an advance amount, especially since the pricing was quite high -- something you'd expect for fast service. On the promised delivery day, I called to check the status and was shocked to hear that the person had forgotten to save my number and then casually informed me that the delivery would now take another 4 days. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and zero respect for customer time. Their commitments were repeatedly broken, and during the refund discussion, many questions and confusion arose, which made the experience even worse. If you need urgent or time-bound printing work, I highly recommend avoiding this studio. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

This studio is highly irresponsible. They promised same-day delivery just to take the order. Once the work was given, the story kept changing -- first 2 days, then 4 more days, because they couldn't even manage to save a customer's phone number. For the high price they charge, this kind of careless and lazy handling is unacceptable. The worst part was the refund process. The older staff member behaved very rudely and argued unnecessarily, instead of accepting their mistake. No apology, no accountability -- only excuses and attitude.

It had been an amazing experience for us when Mr. Suoriyo visited our flat at Rajarhat, Kolkata and pasted the huge size family photo collage on our wall of the drawing room. Beware! This person is a fraud. After receiving a negative review, he threatened me over the phone. He had no time to complete the job, but had enough time to call and threaten me after I posted a review. Highly unprofessional and unsafe experience. I had no choice but to block him from my phone.

I went there for printing purpose only and there job is awesomely done! Additionally they cater many creative services and I saw them...they are really good and, their behaviour is very nice, polite people
