My case was quite complicated since I currently reside in another country and my passport address belonged to that country as well. Even though my visa decision is still pending, her support alone deserves this review. On a human level, I absolutely loved her nature - warm, understanding, and genuinely helpful. Could be a bit hard to find, ask the guards at the car showroom, they will show the way. Service was fast and efficient , got the visa in just 2 days. The owner could've been a little more polite but I'm happy they got the job done which they promise.

Got my Singapore VISA done within 24hours! Excellent service! Staff are helpful and courteous. They do not have parking so plan accordingly when you visit.

Being sceptical about parking space we went there by cab. The place is small, waiting area is also small. Luckily very few people were there before us so we just had to wait for 10 min approx. People were polite and efficient. While going back I enquired about parking space the security person told Annapurna apartment has parking space inside the ally. One may have some difficulty in identifying the building, you have the enter through the door beside this food junction.

Superb! I recently availed their services for Singapore Visa. The entire process including sending the documents, approval of visa and getting my passport back took less than 5 days despite being a weekend and I applied from a different city at that. Had contacted Mr.Dipal Namata for schezen visa, first time he said he is travelling ,will call back ,never called. 2nd time said he is outside , I should send my email id so that he can share all required docs ,never did. In 2 weeks he didn't have the courtesy to even call back once. Very poor customer service. Pathetic . Very poor attitude , they don't have basic courtesy on how to talk to customers.

Excellent service...Very helpful,polite staffs. For those coming from outside kolkata..just get down at Rabindra Sadan metro..take Exit gate 1..and walking distance 1.5 km on AJC bose road...
