Nice place for biometric appointment us visa.nearest metro station is maidan. They are so nice and well behaved. You can also carry your bag no worry. They will provide a place for keeping bags. You can take your valuables like mobile and wallet in the room.

I recently visited the US Visa Application Centre in Kolkata to assist my wife and daughters with their biometrics and later collect their passports with visas. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. The staff were very helpful and efficient, guiding us through each step with ease. Both the biometrics and passport collection were quick, with no hassle. Overall, a seamless experience with excellent service.

Well organised staff and smooth process. Cleanliness, social distancing and sanitised is very well practised. Easy to locate.

Here you only need your passport and appointment confirmation. Nothing else. Mobile phone must be switched off. Purse you can carry. Every thing else even smart watch is not allowed. 1. There is no cloak room or safety drawer. You need to talk to near by shop who keep your stuff n you need to pay 50/- rs. I think this must be mentioned in appointment page. Almost every one is with smart watches these days. 2. There must be a seating arrangements for elderly people. All were standing in queue for 10-15 min. 3. Exit gate button is too fast, you have to use both hand one for button pressing and other for opening. Which is difficult if you carry your passport and other documents with you.

Very positive experience. Very well organized and friendly staff. You can switch off your mobile phone and carry inside. Bag allowed till entrance. Smart watch and other device not allowed. Very small center with 4 counters. You will be allowed inside only 15 mins before your appointment you need to wait on footpath so plan accordingly.

I have been twice there one in 2017 and this time in Feb 2018. The staffs work like professionals. Smooth and efficient operations help the applicants as well as saves time. Bags are to be kept outside the room at your own risk. Overall experience was good.
