I visited here today. You will be allowed to enter 15 minutes before your scheduled time. For US- B2(Tourist) visa, carry your DS-160 form(not older than 1 year), Appointment letter and Passport only. They will verify the documents at entry gate and you will proceed to the 1st counter after security check, where your passport will be tagged a sticker on the back after verifying all the details. Then proceed to the 2nd counter where fingerprint(All 10 figures) will be taken along with photo and they will put a stamp on your DS-160 form, that's all. The entire process takes hardly 10-15 mins. NOTE: Mobile phone or any electronic device(Battery operated car key) is not allowed inside.

Well organised and very professional staff. You will be let in, 15 minutes before the appointment time, hence there is no point in coming an hour early to this place. The entire ten printing process took around 30 minutes. For an adult application you will need to carry your passport, DS160 and appointment confirmation printouts. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the premises, hence it's best you leave it at hotel/residence or hand it over to someone from your family waiting outside the gate. There is a mobile phone safe deposit facility at B2 level, but you will be charged Rs.200. My experience was very positive.

Visited in July 2025 for biometrics. Work will be hassle free, they will let you in 15 min before your appointment time. There is no waiting area outside. Locker service is available for phones (charges apply). There is drinking water and clean washroom on 4th floor that you can use after they let you in. Do not trust taxi drivers lingering outside, they will try to help you with phone and bag storage, then charge you 4 times the Ola fare while taking you back to Airport.

Above Westside. There's underground parking as well for INR 30. Street parking is a little difficult to find. Streamlines process for passport pick up. You take the elevator to the 4th floor with documents and they will walk you in. Took us less than 5 mins.

If required, you can print or edit your DS-160 form on-site, but it's strongly recommended to come fully prepared to avoid last-minute hassle or standing in long queues.
