Medinipur Municipality

The office is located just opposite side of Kotwali police Station Midnapur. Municipality is very old estd on 1865,since then they are doing their duty.many work done by them is no doubt good, everyone should thanks to them for their hard work specially to workers.If they don't do their duty then every area under Midnapur Municipality will be unclean and bad smell will full whole area.So,no doubt they do their work.But the problem is proper management, which can't take care this huge area of Midnapur. And may be their is no such modern equipment which is needed for the upgradation that's why we can see in many ward's water are wasted from tap every day,every time,people are helpless because tap are not working properly that they can stop it.on the other hand many ward suffer from water crisis.during the rainy season many word suffer water logging and garbage staging problems.Footpath is occupied day by day accidents occurs.many area under Midnapur Municipality has a narrow road from where bus,taxi, toto , bike, cycles, padistrian or other passing with jamming problem,because the two sided buildings are conjusted that area,and don't know what the reason Municipality can't even see this problem.time to time bus route changes but it's not the solving method becaue other vehicles and pedestrians also facing problems because of conjusted area.so,much more problems are lying ....Municipal have to consciously and carefully take care to this problem. Because saftey is necessary for everyone's family members rich to poor whoever stay under this municipality.If today one people facing any problem then in future this problem will grow and become the problems of all.so,'Municipality' is not just a word it is the present and it will be the future of the society,it's the public matter and the personal matter also.I don't know I am right or wrong all are educated person, so they have best knowledge and understanding power than me.so obviously thay know better than me.it's just a suggestion.

Maintaining Good Service for the people of Midnapore. Charged 50+10 rupees for a birth certificate.

Water supply department doesn't work properly and clean water supply very poor.

Ground floor is too old , insufficient light. New section is so nice.

More implimentation is highly appreciated. Need a service provider behaviour with public from the municipal staff is required.

The present government of the state, in its greed for power, has kept the municipal polls closed for two years.

Not bad I think they need some improvement.
