Such a Bad service, poor customer service by staff. My token No is 15. They are calling random token no's 24, 27. Seems like they know other people before( I don't know how). Not ready to talk in a professional way. Seems like ignoring when asking something politely. Extremely bad management and unprofessional work. Very much disappointed. Most of the time staff have no knowledge about the computer system, calling each other to Plug in their computers. Extremely poor staff.

This a government office here I got my Aadhar updation done the place is working and well the staff is cooperative , this place has rush and so we need tokens in the morning. The timings are 9am to 5 pm daily and Sundays are holidays and the lunch timings are 1:30 to 2 PM

When you have an appointment on particular day, please have spare 5 or 6 Hours and be ready to deal with unprofessional officers . Little knowledge for their work.
