Sewa Kendra Type 1, Jalandhar

Good service by Krishna at counter 2 for my Adhaar card updation. I went around 4.20 pm hoping that my work wouldn't be done as seva kendar's closing time was 5pm and usually they take long time as without making people suffer these people cant digest their food. But my work got done very quickly.

This is not Suvidha but Duvidha Kendra, for an affidavit attestation have to visit office twice once to apply then to collect, pay for the parking twice , besides that it takes 24 hours to get it.Why so unable to understand. No separate que for senior citizens to get token.

Zero Star for this place very very bad service they have just one excuse server is down the name of this place should be frustation kendra rather than sewa kendra because if u come at this place u will get frustated . No , Work is going to done in just one time mutiple vists require for just one work . GOVERMENT is not doing any thing about it . Its my humble request please resolve the server problem or either shutdown this place

Visited this place for updating daughter's Aadhar data. Process which should have been done in minutes took half day. Same lame excuse of slow server. Govt. Should look into updating system n rather let private entities take over as done with Passport services
