The worst customer service ever. They treat people like animals. They created a so called website to make everything digital but when try to make appointment online it always says no appointments available so people have to walk in to the office and get token number , then they have to wait whole day in a line. They do not give any sort of priority to the handicapped people and if their family members stand in a queue the ladies working there yell at them. They need to understand that they are not doing us favours you are getting paid for it. If you're not getting paid enough leave the job and do something else. How much easier it would be if you just book appointment or atleast get your website designed from someone professional. My mother went there for my birth certificate and she had fever when she came because there were hundred people waiting in more than 40 degrees temperature and their damn fans are not working in their government office but their own offices even have air conditioners. The government of punjab should be ashamed.
