Sewa Kendra Type II

After visiting this Sewa Kender six times and leaving without any progress on my work, I am deeply disheartened. Most of the time, the staff seems more engaged in internal conversations or glued to their phones, showing little to no concern for the citizens waiting for assistance. When I inquired about the status of my request, the common response was either "the site is down" or "the server is down." It honestly feels like their personal phone usage consumes all the bandwidth, leaving none for official work. I was there to get a certificate made for my daughters' school admission, and unfortunately, due to repeated delays and lack of proper guidance, the application date has now passed. Each time I visited, I was given vague or contradictory reasons like missing documents or incorrect formats, and no one made an effort to explain the exact process clearly. I regret saying this, but the lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff makes me question whether they truly deserve to hold positions meant to serve the public. As a citizen, this experience was nothing short of frustrating and hurtful.

Worst sewa Kendra experience employees not knowing how to interact with customer the server is always close not knowing how to deal with the customer My experience is I want to update my number on my adhar when my token or my number comes the sewa Kendra employee said I am not knowing my work because I am new in here please ask with another counter just before my number he updated another customer details I don't want to rate it any stars but because atleast one rate or one star is required that's why I am gave just one star worst employee I have ever seen of anyone seen people comes with some hope and they said server not respond anyone i government side please see this and take some action

This is the worst Sewa Kendra I visit.Their employees are too bad in behaviour.They don't work correctly and are busy in their non sense talks.They don't answer the questions of citizens correctly.I'll only say to the government,if they have established these sewa kendra then you also have to put proper checking on these Sewa kendras'.Also Check the working of the workers how to behave with others and are they good at their work? Thankyou

not helpful at all. even for simple work they keep finding mistakes and ask you to come again n again. they have forgot they are public servants. Specially the girl sits at counter 1, she is very arrogant.
