HIGH AUTHORITY OBSERVE HIS WORK, PLEASE !! Person sits on Counter No 1, has no idea what he is doing. He is sitting there and helping agent MOSTLY, who gives him commission. He definitely needs more training about his work, he should guide clients formally what all documents to bring along for next visit. He aims for one client should visit 5-8 times, then they go to agents and agent give the commission to Counter No 1 staff. It's pain, waste of time, waste of money, overall very stressful visiting there and seeing that guy. I hope authorities will look after him , observe his work and do something to improve his skill and attitude and make the process smoother for every client visit there.

Very poor service They are not work properly

Asuvidha center would be more appropriate. Would not recommend. They don't accept the proof of address listed on the udia website. Then they don't like the way the address is on the papers. It appeared as though it was a deliberate choice to inconvenience everyone.

It is a government facility centre for all kind of services like preparation and renewal of driving license, issue of vehicle registration certificate, enrollment, amendment and printing of aadhar card, issue of vehicle marriage certificate and many more services. Some Windows are overloaded whereas the staff at many counters sits idle for most of the time. There is an urgent requirement of redistribution of the load of various counters. Air conditioner is not at all effective. It requires immediate repair/ maintenance. A very good facility but requires even distribution of load at various counters to reduce waiting time and inconvenience caused to the visitors.

I have applied for counter signing of Police Clearance Certificate on 09/12/2021 vide application nos. 29319494 & 29319521. Today I. e 17/12/2021, I visited the sewa kendra at Mini Sectt, Ludhiana for collection & the same is still pending. I enquired at my own level & found that one PCC is pending at ME Bra

They done work nicely and take less time to complete the work

Suvida centre is best place for any govt related work.adhar card name address, pasport apply and other etc.but morning and afternoon time to much crowded.well mentain cleaning and siting chairs and table.Staff communication is good and helpful.i appreciate you work and business.

Very bad service Counter no.1 adhar service employee name jasveer singh behaves very rudely and does not work by procedure.
