Till last year, their services deserved only 1*, but now you scan the whatsapp qr code(pic attached), get the appointment through your WhatsApp and be there on your allotted time slot. You work will be done in few minutes. You can pay by GPay also.

Extremely bad services. Government gives them job for giving services to people but they didn't even know how to deal with customers they are only wasting our time not even response if we are standing.. Government should focus on this that they place such employees who know who to do work properly

They don't have a basic etiquettes. Total wastage of time. I visit there three times. Every time they waste my time approximate 2 hour. There excuse is they don't have a holmark sign, server down hai, etc etc. I am totally disappointed. Our documents should reached to our home.

Young and enthusiastic staff! Impartial and full supportive staff! Work will be done but it is time consuming! I got my work done in 5 hrs!

Bad service, lazy staff. Taking half hr on a single person Wasted my 2 hrs but still getting back with empty hands. Want to give 0 rating.

Today my self visited 4.14 pm, The oprating person told me that they have closed the work. So I couldnot get adhar registration of my son
