Suvidha Centre Patiala

I was to get my grand daughter name noted in her birth certificate. I reached at about 12.30 pm. After filling up the form, I stand in a queue and was able to get my job completed at 4 PM. During this period apart from genuine lunch break, there were repeated incidences of server failure and light failure. There was no may I help you counter. No substitute for light failure. I could not find any controller there who could be helpful to listen the tardy and helpless needy customers. Staff deployed was very lethargic and performing there duty very casually just passing time with fellow staff gossiping in the name of server failure.

Staff sitting at Counter number 11 at mini secretariat Suvidha centre is very rude. We applied for learning license of wife, which has already been approved in system as per message from RTO. But he refused to provide it by bluntly saying there is some strike going on due to which it will not get printed. Is this the kind of response you expect these days. Only solution is to privatise these government services only then general public will get some benefits of these so called suvidha centres ( where there is no suvidha)

Good service but not best.. some staff is new so they don't know proper work.. they need training.. there is much rush then other suvidha centre

Good but needs perfection of staff as mobile should not be allowed during work. Employees work but also busy in attending phone /mobile calls .needs surveillance by seniors Otherwise good services.

Unfriendly staff... Treat you as if doing charity.
