Typical Indian govt office scenario. Inexperienced staff. So electricity generator. Staff was listening to songs while working. All services under one roof available but sorry for inconvenience as the system is down.

The staff is not good and rough behaviour . They do not value of peoples . They dont understand difficult of the normal peoples . So beware guys before coming here take your file of documents other wise u need to back to home... This is the process of suvidha center ......

The Thing I have experienced is that I have been treated disrespectfully and I want the supervisor of the Hadiabad's seva kendra(Phagwara) to be punished and should also learn how to respect the public especially WOMENS. It's an NRI Suggestion.

Staff behaviour very bad not any response even security guard

Staff is very rude don't know how to deal with clients. Just arguing with clients and not giving proper response. Most laziest staff of this centre.

Staff was very slow. They don't know about job. Office don't have electricity backup. In a whole day they serve 10 people

0 is not the option here. Otherwise I could have given that. There is guy sitting on the reception have no sense how to talk to clients. Is this how you are helping people in getting their work done ?? Useless service
