Passport Seva Kendra Ropar

No respect for people's time.....Had an appointment for 11:45 am, was asked to come at 2:15 pm. The site mentions no printout is required, but the staff insists on a printout that too coloured one. It's better to go to Chandigarh than this outlet at Ropar

Very rude and unprofessional staff ...tortoise is faster instead of them..even they don't know what is the meaning of appointment time so don't visit their.. it's just wastage of time

They delay by 2-3 hours. Too slow service. Better book somewhere else like Chandigarh to save your time and energy. Also, sifarishi ka pehle hoga irrespective of appointment time. Baaki sab wait karo 3 ghante

Worst service, rude behaviour, not on time. Higher authorities should look into this matter seriously.

Very bad experience, third class Seva Kendra, Only fresh passport or reissue of passport application is accepted here (I have attached the photo of list of passport cases which are not accepted here). I visited to reissue my father's passport in summer, there is just a small 6 chair waiting room where there is a small fan. We visited Seva kendra 20 mins before scheduled time but there were already many people waiting for their turn to come (no token system). Good to opt Chandigarh PSK

fudu service appointment time not matter wroast staff behaviour

Staff is very rude , uneducated and non coperative...they also don't know proper documentation for passport or any kind of updates in passport....specially a person who is wearing turban n sitting in second table...he is very rude n disrespectful...also they have some commitments with outside one of the cafe...thats why they are not accepting our xerox copies if its proper printed or proper coloured...they always says that go to that shop n give us coloured prints n etc etc...our experience was very bad at that passport seva kendra(Ropar in post office branch)...pls take action on them...so that people can apply their passport in a good manner.
