You need to have ample time in your otherwise busy schedule to visit here for your required online documents. Most of the time their online servers are crashing and you need to keep waiting in the queue and keep wishing if it starts to work. Have also witnessed people with links/ connections jumping out of the queue and going straight inside the counters for getting their work done on priority basis. It really needs to be worked upon and their online servers positively need an update.

Counter staff n Incharge need to be Educated.....Villagers suffer a lot...

This suvidha kendar is situated in DC and SSP office complex you can say Tehsil complex of ropar. There you can get the land records like furth jamabandi etc and other govt documents also like marriage certificate, bhaarmukt, & lot many.

Unnecessary time wasting,,, no one knows how to work Submission of application is wrong ,,, seat holder don't know how much time she takes to do her work especially seat no ,6 Hahahaa totally waste of time for single certificate

They always take money on helpdesk and for fill forms. They don't guide you to fill form they just fill up and charge you for 20/- rs on form. Money is not problem the thing they don't help you to fill forms or about the documents before filling up themselves so please look into this problem.

This is not suvidha Kendra, This should be called as asuvidha Kendra. Most of the employees are on contract, thank god they are on contract and not permanent else they wouldn't even listen to you. These contracts employees behave like they are CM of Punjab or pm of India. They don't speak well they will not guide you. They don't perform even the small task which is assigned to them, if we say ki yha sab ram bharose ho rha h that should not be wrong. Coz these folks are not performing or doing what they should be doing without bribe.

Good way of serving, only few services are slow, remember to take your aadhar photocopies and your passport size photographs along with you.
