Pathetic service by employees in Seva Kendra in Sec-76 Court Complex! They keep confusing and giving incorrect time to collect one's documents like affidavit etc. When one reaches on their given time, they don't clearly tell the reason why the document is not ready and keep one waiting for no reason. I came twice from my office and even waited for long to collect my affidavit but still it was not done. Surprisingly, they were just asking each other to get it signed from the higher authority but in actual nobody wanted to go and get the work done. The third time I came at around 4:50 pm & they were yet not in a mood to give me my document and kept me wandering & confusing to go to different counters although they all were sitting without work. This is when I felt humiliated and really upset. I kept asking but Noone was bothered to tell me the correct counter to pick up my document which was actually lying on one of their tables just infront of them. I experienced awful and ignorant behaviour of such staff members today. Moreover, Timings are till 5 pm but they start refusing work 15 minutes before 5 pm. Some of them even get up from their seats before time saying that their computer ID systems are shut automatically from backend 10 minutes before the actual time and so they can't work after that. They refused to take my Form submission saying the same though I reached before time. I took the first Token at 2:29 pm and waited till the day-off and still my work was refused to be done. The staff just creates hassle and chaos and are really ignorant and very hurtful. I have seen so many people asking questions but they don't really answer or explain properly due to which public remains confused. Quick and Strict Action must be taken against such staff behaviours who forget that their salary is received from the taxes paid by people like us. The authorities must look into this matter urgently and take the necessary action to correct this system so that noone else faces such awful situation again.

Totally incompetent staff, it's name should be "Duvidha" Kendra instead of Suvidha Kendra.

The timings are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.... But people gather in queues from 8:40 am outside the office untill the door is opened at 9:00 am.... Long queues.... It takes a lot of time to get token. They could have installed automatic token machine.... You will get token after an hour and then wait for more than 2 hours for your token number to arrive on screen. The token system is really confusing. It might be as per counter number. But i have seen the screen flashing token number upto 70 and then at once token number 1 was called.... Can you imagine token number 1 was announced at 11:00 AM.... And i have seen people coming late but getting their work done within 5 minutes due to their approach. You'll have to pay 250 rupees if you visit a private adhar center. But it takes only 10 minutes. Here the fees is only 50 rupees but a wait for 2-3 hours. The staff is good but the system of handling public is not systematic.

Aadhar updating staff don't have any sense how to talk , everytime they introduce a new issues during updating .

not good services staff is doing work like hell peoples are waiting in the ques for very long time waiting for token but staff is not isuues token i dont know what kimd of work staff are doing even staff dont have good manegments skills really bad servives by punjab govt.

The poor system and biometric machines not working and the technical staff is also not available to solve the problem worst experience

Not good service. Sometimes they make excuse that net is not working and sometimes they say concerned person not available. Needs improvement .

Expect 40-50 mins waiting for men minimum 30 minutes waiting for getting token alone.. After that service is fast
