Sewa Kendra And Adhaar Kendar

Very poor condition, slow working. Counter number 1 only doing on recommendations ( sprshii ) / relatives / non-token people. Systems not at all working properly and staf is very lazy and rude. Serious actions need to be taken.

Great experience at Sewa Kender! The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional. Although there was a slight delay in receiving an SMS due to a temporary system issue, it wasn't a major problem and was resolved quickly. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant visit!

I had to get my driving license duplicate made through biometric, I have been running around for two days, and this lady(on counter-4) just sitting there. She told me yesterday to come back today, and today she's saying she'll finish the work of yesterday first, then she'll do mine. These service center people have made me so crazy. No one complains about them nor does anyone monitor whether they are working properly or not, just keep running around.

Seva Kendra Places not as per the name Sewa Kendra with extremely rude staff At least that women sitting at token counter should get replaced as she is not at all willing to Work and intentionally getting rude to people so that they won't come to the Shiva Kendra again She's having Will issues We should not appoint such woman's in such places where all kind of people come So this is my humble request to the Punjab government to replace her if they really want to have such center In Punjab

Worst seva kendra, the token lady gave us the token without checking the form and after 5 hours of waiting they told us that there was a minor mistake in our form which was to be checked by the women giving the token. When we told her about this and tried to make her realise her mistake, she argued and was extremely rude. At the end we had to return home after wasting our 5 hours there. Even while leaving the place she was arguing badly with other persons too. This matter should be taken care of asap.

The staff does not respond properly. I have to wait a lot even though my token number came but despite that I had to wait

Due to power cut had to wait for one hour as they do not have backup to keep the computers running. Its pathetic.

Very poor service..denied for token..said long waiting..bilkul slow work Kar Rahe the..I said I will wait give me token but didn't issue any token..bad behavior of staff said we have only one machine go to DC office or Private adhaar centre.
