Shortage of staff like other post offices. Multiple job on a single counter causing inconvenience to the general public. Another above of that, Link and connectivity issue. No adequate signage board of instructions for operation related which is indirectly wasting time of both staff and customers.

People are polite and helping..my passport was returned back but I reached at right time and requested to revert it to my sub office instead of RPO.. They handed me the passport after necessary document work.. Thank you sir

Very worst service. My passport comes in this post office and they don't deliver til 10 days and return my passport to passport office . Now because of this ridiculous type service I have to pay chalan to reapply my passport

Worst service specially the aadhar section. The superior itself supports such things. They don't even keep tokens properly and do favours to their known. They don't know how to speak with the customers. Highly disappointed

Worst service, careless and dirty, lazy staff,poor management, govt. Take to strict actions against the staff, all of the staff member not work properly

Typical SARKARI service. Opens late and closes early. Official closing time is 17:00hrs. but as per the employees it is 16:00hrs. However urgent is your work they don't care.

My staff member reached PO at 4.for 12 Registered parcel, Post Office staff told him that after 4 pm no parcel will be entertained. After a lot of request counter staff accepted the parcels. When time is upto 5 pm than how a staff refuse to accept at 4 pm.
