The way of talking of the manager sitting in the Aadhar Seva Kendra is very bad, I want to Agra, please this should be rectified as soon as possible, the way Shri Brijendra Singh's way of talking is very bad, action should be taken against those who harass the public, I feel that they should be given money separately for making Aadhar card, the way he harasses every person, the public gets very harassed by the way Brijendra Singh behaves.

Passport and aadhar facility r good but parking is major issue there. The parking people are consider themselves as a rowdy and misbehave and charges unnecessarily. Making money without doing any work. Very shameful.

Needed maintenance, the escalator is not working, lacking proper cleaning. Most people visit here due to the Passport office.

Actually it's a offices complex. Passport seva kendra Aadhar seva kendra Zonal offices of some banks It's not well taken care of. Elevators are out of order. Aadhar office don't have proper arrangements for the persons who are waiting outside. However one may find photostudios, Xerox centres and emitra kind of facilities inside the mall that helps people who visit to passport office and aadhar office.

The building requires maintenance and cleaning a lot. Location is prime. PSK office and adhaar office is main points. Visa services r reasonable but don't take passport service from outside shops. They will loot u.

Visited passport office situated in this mall. Overall a well maintained place. Sufficient parking available.

I recently visit there for my passport and the location is perfect and Mall is good but they charge parking for 40 rupees for bike.
