Useless ....Rajasthan govt app not able to resolve the problems. If someone registered any issue ,they usually send 3 -4 messages in 3and 4 days intervals and at last they send closure msg without any action done.its a propaganda site of government.Its for Minister's photo site

This portal is very good but isues not resolved on Time line

It is an excellent facility for public but irresponsible officers have put a question mark on it. In most of the cases the concern officers give false compliance report without solving the problem. They do so just to minimize pendency. There should be provision to punish such officers. Another main drawback is that complain is closed automatically by the system if unsatisfaction is shown for two times. Due to this mostly complainer has to register the same complain for many times.

After living in various states, I have come to a conclusion that no public grievance related facilities will work under Congress rule. The government babus show their real colour under Congi rules. Seems like they are encouraged to ignore public. First of all if you try to file online grievance using Rajsthan Sampark site, the form itself is so long. Even some of the mandatory information asked cannot be filled because the drop down doesn't shows the information to select, making it impossible to move ahead in filling the form. A typical trait of Congress administration. Kehne ke liye facility is there but it cannot be used. If you call any government service related helpline or customer care number, the representative tries his best to dodge your question or throw it on some other helpline or department. Another typical character of government services under Congress rule. It's a shame that Rajsthanies are voting for this 3rd class party and bringing it to power. Not sure why they have to vote Congress. Just opposite situation exists in BJP ruled state. No public queries are ignored. Govenment employees strive to serve public. I have lived in BJP ruled state and have experienced contrary to what I get to see in Congress ruled state

you are requested not to be depressed by the system. They are trying with new ideas and we should welcome it.No doubt overnight nothing changes.But transparent and truthful efforts must be acknowledged.I have more than 428 grievances here,all in public domain. many many lakhs and crores of budget has been sanctioned ...i witnessed..have proof of all..I don`t loose heart and doesn`t go out of my mind as I know I am a responsible citizen and I shouldn`t drive crazy.At the same time keep on addressing the things to higher level taking the email id of higher officials. one day you will get success. Don`t forget we are living in a country where we have to address from RED FORT that go to toilet at the right place after a gap of more than 65 yrs of independence.I am a die hard social activist and not a supporter of govt but pls be patient..!

I had lodge my complaint 4 months ago here against home secretariat (group- 9) but still no response and solve my grievance yet.I don't know how solve my problem here by Rajasthan Sampark ,very poor service.I think through Rajasthan Sampark never solve any problems of peoples.Really very bad service,Very irresponsible officers at Rajasthan Sampark

Bad experience problem not solved

one star because there is a complaint number. A simple 3 lines complaints process take "28 minutes" on call. Representative's communication is very poor(Even in hindi). Writing speed is very slow with 30% accuracy only. If talk about online complaint then OTP is expire in 10 minute but you will not receive OTP in next 10 minutes.
