Regional Passport Office

The experience was more so an adventure. Figuring out the systems in place a lot of back and forth but got my work done just because of the cooperative help of the officers inside specifically Monica Mam. Really appreciate the support

You can't even make a simple enquiry without an appointment. Even if you just want some basic information or have a small confusion, the security staff will not allow you inside. The system is extremely rigid with no flexibility at all. Make sure to take a proper appointment beforehand, otherwise your time will be wasted.

M giving 5 only bcoz of that one person whom is sitting on 3rd counter I guess ......but I'm also mentioning one negative feedback for that lady for 2nd counter ....ki agr koichiz smjh nhi ati to we have to ask our senior becoz muje apne old passport copy krwane k lie 1.5 km bhja or un copies ko apne dekha tk nhi ....and plz it's an request ki Xerox copy k lie gate k bahr hi ek shop allotte krwado ......in case koi old citizen ho to vo 2nd counter vale mam to Bina mtlb unko 1.5 km dur bhj denge ki copy krwake hi lao jinka use tk nhi h ....and that all guard bhaiya nd didi was so polite and humble behavior so helpful ...once again thanking to that 3 counter chashmish sir so helpful .....

Very Poor Service by Jaipur Office.Phones are knowingly kept engaged through out the office timing.Staffs do not care.

The office staff is very supportive and they will try to help you out as much as they can and it's a very strict place you can't enter or allowed visit without an appointment the place is very pleasent and clean and the lift was working properly it's the first time I have seen an government office with that much like everything is cool and clean And one more this the guard outside the office is little bit tricky to deal I think.

New update for hold files before 1/1/25 now you can visit without appointment between 10 to 12 in morning

This place needs a xerox machine urgently inside the office itself. There is nothing around until you reach a main road. I was sent Twice all the way out side .. Its just so disappointing & frustrating and waste of time and energy.

Calling support is worst. Noone picks up the call ever if you have to contact them by call then try atleast a hundred times. Never give satisfactory answers about any queries always delaying the work for no reasons. Very slow process on files and very slow at work. whole RPO jaipur is literally worst at their work
