Such disgusting behaviour of all staff. Staff are very arrogant and rude. Manager is rigid and stubborn. They require printout of online appointment even they know that print out is not required. So much harrassment.

Turnaround time is 1 to 1.5 hr! Plan accordingly and do check what all doc are required on Google and carry the original copy of all those documents. You can consider booking an appointment online! Which will save some time(don't expect much).

All I ask people is to behave nicely and get along the documents you'll need.

After taking appointment you don't have to wait in queue you can easily go but after your service you have to pay charge according to your service. Some services are totally free of cost. The office is well lightened, well air conditioning and well managed. The staff are helping nature.
