I recently visited to the Taluk office at Anthiyur highlighted significant challenges, particularly the lack of accessibility for elderly and disabled individuals due to the absence of a lift and wheelchair facilities. The office's overcrowding, prolonged wait times without seating, and the absence of basic amenities like drinking water portrayed substantial deficiencies. Moreover, the limited working hours of employees and the location of the Aadhaar update room on the first floor contributed to the inconvenience. Urgent action is needed, especially relocating the Aadhaar update room to the ground floor, to ensure better accessibility and an enhanced experience for all visitors.

My mother went for aadhar updation . Aadhar updating message doesn't receive and aadhar not updated . Same incident for my brother also facing.[Ground floor aadhar updation set .The person sitting at the entrance] .Please don't waste your money and time. The person sitting at the entrance wost behavior not properly responding and not respect to the people. my humble request Higher officials action for the person.....

Ground floor aadhar updation set the person sitting at the entrance. aadhar is not updated properly. Please don't update aadhar on him. He is deceiving people. Came here to enroll aadhar for my kids, they simply told they can't enroll aadhar for less than 2 years old kids. But as per aadhar website there is no age limit to enroll aadhar. When I asked this they have not even ready to answer. Typical government office. , their timing is to start at 10am, but they came at 10:30am, asked us to wait for 10 more minutes and then simply told they can't enroll for less than 2 years old kids, which is never existent rule
